Vidya Valley School Shines at World Youth Forum 2026
Pune: Vidya Valley School participated in the Liberal Arts & Leadership Summit organised by World Youth Forum 2026, held in Macau, China, providing its students with an enriching opportunity to learn, compete and collaborate with young minds from across the globe.
Ipsita Rodricks, Director, Vidya Valley School, said, “The true achievement goes far beyond the medals. The experience encouraged students to listen to different perspectives, respect diverse cultures, work under pressure and discover their own potential. They learnt that success is not merely about winning, but about challenging oneself, learning from others and growing through every experience. For the teachers and mentors, witnessing students grow into confident young global citizens was the most rewarding outcome. The Forum beautifully reflected Vidya Valley School’s philosophy of holistic education—preparing children not merely for examinations, but for life and for the larger world.
Students researched the global issue of climate change, developed presentations, strengthened their communication skills and learned the value of teamwork. The preparation itself became a meaningful extension of classroom learning.
The journey began months before the Forum, with students, teachers, coaches and parents working together with dedication and enthusiasm.
The World Youth Forum 2026 will remain a cherished chapter in the school’s journey, celebrating curiosity, collaboration, courage and lifelong learning—a remarkable journey from the classroom to the world stage.
