Ahmedabad rain
Ahmedabad: Between 3pm and 4pm, the city received an average 10.3mm of rainfall. Morning clouds gave way to thunderstorms, and most of the city experienced strong winds, lightning, and moderate to heavy rain.
Vasna received 34mm of rainfall till 8pm, followed by 32mm in Paldi, 26mm in Sarkhej, 23.5mm in Danapith, 21.5mm in Navrangpura, 21mm in Asarva, 18mm in Memnagar, and 17mm in Jodhpur, according to AMC data. On Sunday, maximum temperature was 33.8 degrees celsius, 0.2 degrees lower than normal. Minimum temperature at 24.5 degrees was 0.5 degrees lower than normal. The IMD bulletin indicated withdrawal of monsoon from parts of Rajasthan on Sunday and indicated chances of withdrawal from parts of Saurashtra and Kutch in the next 2-3 days.
