Ahmedabad : As Navratri approaches, a growing number of youngsters in the city are opting for intravenous (IV) therapy sessions promising benefits ranging from improved skin appearance to enhanced hydration and sustained energy levels during the festive nights.

Among them is 24-year-old Swara Patel (name changed), who recently underwent multiple IV therapy sessions at a city clinic.

“It is the first time I have tried it, and I have already completed three cycles,” she said. Dr Anshul Warman, head of dermatology at Apollo Hospitals, said inquiries and bookings for IV therapies have risen this year. Depending on the objective, patients may require three to six sittings before the festival,” she said.
