Gandhinagar: Rajkumar Beniwal, managing director of Gujarat Narmada Valley Fertilizers and Chemicals Ltd (GNFC), has been transferred and appointed Surat municipal commissioner, relieving Tejas Parmar of the additional charge of the post.
Jenu Devan, secretary (expenditure) in the finance department, will hold additional charge as revenue inspection commissioner, the GAD notification said.
