SEM Ritu Raj passed the order after Bora’s counsel, advocate Abhik Chimni, argued that documents supplied by police were incomplete and did not contain details of the FIRs relied upon in the show-cause notice seeking execution of a peace bond. Police, represented by legal consultants Prashant Prakash and Bhagwan Dass, submitted that the FIRs were sensitive in nature and would be furnished by the next date of hearing. However, Bora’s counsel contended that these did not disclose details of the six FIRs. Download the TOI App.
