Here’s what’s known about him before GTA 6 launches on November 19. Grand Theft Auto VI is the first game in the series in over a decade, and it brings two playable leads: Lucia Caminos and Jason Duval. Lucia has taken most of the attention as the series’ first female protagonist, but Jason is just as central to the story. It will be exciting to see how his story unfolds once the game is out.
Reported details also suggest different fighting styles: Lucia is said to use a more technical approach, while Jason leans on raw strength. The story begins when a heist that should have been simple goes wrong, pulling both of them into a criminal conspiracy across Leonida. From then on, they depend on each other to survive. Jason shows his loyalty early, telling Lucia he’ll be right behind her if anything happens. Whether the partnership turns romantic is up to the player. Their relationship develops through messages, shared activities, and jobs, and romance is entirely optional. Players can switch between the two characters at any time. In the same vehicle, you can swap between driver and passenger seats, which makes chases more dynamic. These details come from secondhand reports, so treat them with caution.
