NEW DELHI: Delhi chief minister Rekha Gupta on Wednesday directed the Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) to take action against illegal structures, with inspections and demolition drives planned in several parts of the capital. The building collapsed at around 1pm on Sunday.
