Following the threats, a major security operation was launched at the affected schools.

The email contained threatening messages, including: “Delhi BanayGa KHALISTAN” and “School @1:11pm Delhi valio Apne Bachay Bachao Koi ve Metro Yan Traina Vich 29 Sept Tak Safar na Karna, Delhi da har police thana Nishana iPhone Dhamake hon Ge. It also warned: “Delhi da har police chowkian Nishane te,” according to the email. The threat email, reportedly sent in Punjabi, claimed that blasts would target courts and police stations in the national capital. Delhi Police deployed bomb disposal squads and sniffer dog units to conduct thorough searches of the premises. Local police personnel were also deployed to manage crowds of concerned parents and maintain security around the schools.

The email further threatened court premises, stating: “Court @3:11pm Tees Hazari, Karkardoma Court, Patila Court Khalistan vale Sikhan Nu jhoothe case Saja karde – Ajj ton courtan te parkng Vich Lagatar Scooterian Nal Dhamake.”
