Hyderabad: A 22-year-old BTech graduate was killed after a speeding truck hit his two-wheeler from behind in Hayathnagar on Monday night.
The deceased, Emireddy Abhilash Reddy, a native of Nalgonda district, was returning to his residence in Pasumamula in Abdullapurmet after visiting a friend in LB Nagar when the accident occurred, according to Hayathnagar police. Police said both vehicles were travelling in the same direction when the truck, allegedly driven rashly and negligently, rammed Abhilash’s two-wheeler near Candor Shrine School in Hayathnagar. He died on the spot, police said.
The impact threw Abhilash off the bike, leaving him with multiple bleeding injuries.
