Because of decisions taken by party chief KCR, she reacted strongly to KTR’s comments that the BRS suffered defeat in the assembly elections. In a post on ‘X’, Kavitha launched a sharp attack on BRS working president KTR , alleging that it was his arrogance and involvement in illegal dealings that pushed the party into the abyss.
Kavitha questioned why she was suspended from the party within hours of criticising what she described as a corrupt “jackal” within the BRS, while KTR, whom she alleged was colluding with the same individual and openly questioning the party chief’s conduct, was not being accused of anti-party activity. She also criticised those who, she alleged, accumulated farmhouses by misusing political influence, issued illegal permissions, extended favours to friends from Andhra Pradesh, and engaged in quid pro quo dealings, only to now shift the blame for the party’s electoral defeat onto KCR.
