Komatireddy to attend ‘Chintan Shivir’ in Gujarat

The emergence of CCTV footage has added a fresh dimension to the case

Hyderabad: A delegation, led by roads and buildings minister Komatireddy Venkat Reddy, will represent Telangana at the two-day national workshop, Chintan Shivir–2026, starting Monday at Ekta Nagar near the Statue of Unity in Gujarat.

Organised by the Union road transport and highways ministry under the chairmanship of Union minister Nitin Gadkari , the workshop would focus on PM Gati Shakti and strengthening Centre-state coordination on key infrastructure projects.

Roads and buildings ministers and senior officials from across the country are expected to attend the national workshop scheduled on Oct 5 and 6. Key agenda items include the Regional Ring Road (RRR), the expansion of National Highway 65, the LB Nagar double-decker elevated corridor, and the proposed Bharat Future City–Amaravati greenfield highway. On the sidelines of the summit, Komatireddy Venkat Reddy proposes to hold bilateral talks with Union minister Nitin Gadkari to press for the Centre’s support on crucial Telangana road networks.
