Kolkata: Two passengers of a toto were killed and two others seriously injured after an SUV belonging to former Trinamool Congress MLA Sukumar Mahata from Sandeshkhali rammed into the e-rickshaw on Basanti Highway at Boyarmari near Nazat in North 24 Parganas on Wednesday afternoon.
