Congress leaders and workers held a protest at Mailar Mahadevappa Circle in Haveri on Tuesday, accusing central govt of filing a false FIR against Rahul Gandhi.
Lad said around 39% of ministers in the central cabinet faced criminal charges and that BJP should address those cases first.
