He will be felicitated at a ceremony at the Karnataka Sahitya Parishat, Chamarajpet, Bengaluru, on Sept 6. Belagavi : Dr Mahantesh Ramannavar, head of the department of anatomy at BM Kankanawadi Ayurveda College, has been selected for the prestigious Nadaprabhu Kempegowda Award instituted by the Samartha Sahitya and Cultural Foundation, Bengaluru. Dr Ramannavar, who also serves as secretary of the Ramannavar Charitable Trust, Bailhongal, has been chosen from the field of Ayurveda for his contribution to promoting body and organ donation awareness.
