Minister Santosh Lad inaugurated Prajaseva movement in Kalaghatagi on Saturday Hubballi: The state govt has launched the Praja Seva department to ensure faster redressal of public grievances, labour, employment and Dharwad district in-charge minister Santosh Lad said on Saturday.
Inaugurating a Praja Seva Movement meeting at a private school in Kalaghatagi, Lad said the government would reach people’s doorsteps to hear grievances at the taluk and district levels and resolve them promptly. Praja Seva Movement meetings will also be organised in every taluk,” he said. Hubballi-Dharwad East MLA Prasad Abbayya said the state government is committed to public welfare and ensuring that the concerns of ordinary citizens are addressed. Sewing machines, tricycles for persons with disabilities and welfare kits for registered construction workers were distributed to beneficiaries. Public grievances were also heard during the programme.
