Acting on the complaint of brother in-law of the deceased, Mukundwadi police station, have registered an offence under the BNS Section 105 (culpable homicide not amounting to murder) and Section 3(5) (common intention) against the CSMC supervisor and his superior authorities as well as a group of unidentified youths who had erected the hoarding. Another working with Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar Municipal Corporation staffer, Ravi Randhir Ridlon (38) ,who was accompanying Jadhav, was injured and admitted to a private hospital.
