Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar : Traffic on a nearly 30-km stretch of the Samruddhi expressway was diverted on Saturday evening after a gas leak was detected in a GAIL pipeline near Takliwadi in Gangapur taluka, prompting authorities to launch emergency precautionary measures.
As a safety measure, traffic between chainage 447 and 470 of the expressway was diverted through the Dhule-Solapur Highway.
