Bavdhan residents made the Connecting Link as the theme for their housing society’s Ganapati decoration

The Connecting Link on Pune-Mumbai expressway opened in May quickly became an attraction, with motorists stopping to photograph its tunnels, elevated stretches and surrounding landscape. “Everyone had a role. Children had a lot of fun creating the greenery and mixing the mud. The adults were focused on the measurements and technical calculations. It was very much a team effort. But Baijal himself is yet to visit it.
