On Tuesday, the Satpur and Upnagar police tracked down two such criminals. On Monday the Panchavati police took action against one.
Legal Action Initiated for Noncompliance with Externment Orders
Authorities have filed a case against several individuals under Section 223, which addresses disobedience to lawful orders issued by public servants. Senior officials have indicated that should these individuals breach externment orders again, they will face severe penalties, including potential imprisonment.
