The teams from YB College of Pharmacy, Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar, were awarded the winner and 2 nd runner-up prizes, while the team from Indira College of Pharmacy, Vishupuri Nanded, was awarded the 1 st runner-up prize, respectively, in the PG category. In the UG category, the teams from Dr DY Patil College of Pharmacy, Akurdi, Dr Bhanuben Nanavati College of Pharmacy, Mumbai, and Dadasaheb Balpande College of Pharmacy, Nagpur, were declared winner, 1 st runner-up and 2 nd runner-up, respectively.

Pune: AISSMS College of Pharmacy, Pune, in a joint consortium with Indus Biotech, organised “SYNAPSE”, a biennial National-level Research Competition, on October 7. The event received an overwhelming response from pharmacy students from various states of India. The occasion commenced with the inauguration programme and the keynote address by Dr Devidas Waydande, Member Management Council, SPPU, on the importance of innovation and technology to an eager audience of young researchers. The day was marked by a lively exchange of ideas and research methodology. The energy-filled event was concluded with the much-awaited valedictory function. All winners were awarded attractive cash prizes, mementos and certificates with best wishes from Hon Secretary AISSM Society, Malojiraje Chhatrapati & Principal, Dr Ashwini R Madgulkar.
