The team walked 30-40 km through remote forest terrain in Shirpur taluka on Wednesday.

Dhule SP Vishal Anand said, based on information received, the police and forest department carried out a joint raid to identify illegal ganja plantations. The Shirpur taluka police registered a case against one person under relevant sections of the NDPS Act. Police used drones to locate the concealed crop before moving in.
