Accused Rahul Suresh Visale and his wife Rohini, residents of Parnaka in Kalyan West, have been embroiled in marital disputes, with one matter previously reaching the court, a Bazarpeth police station official said. The official said the couple had been facing marital disputes and that a matter had earlier reached the court. Following the court’s direction, Rohini moved back to her husband’s residence in Parnaka from her parents’ home, he said.
The court recently advised Rohini to live with her husband for two months in an attempt to reconcile. Visale was booked under provisions of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act. He is yet to be arrested, the official added.
