Kochi : A 26-year-old man was killed after his two-wheeler collided with another bike met with an accident at Sreemolanagaram in Kalady late on Wednesday evening.
The police said the doctor who examined him informed that he succumbed to the injuries around 7.30pm. The body was released to the relatives after an autopsy. The deceased is Sharon Thomas of Chovvara, Kalady. He was tossed off his vehicle and he fell on the road. Thomas, who suffered severe injuries, was rushed to a hospital in Karothukuzhy, Aluva. However, his life could not be saved. The youth was reportedly involved in catering work and was travelling as part of his job when the accident occurred. The police registered a case for rash and negligent driving and causing death by a negligent act. Download the TOI App.
