Hyderabad: Mold-Tek Packaging Ltd has reported a 36% rise in net profit for the second quarter ended Sept 30, 2026, to ₹21.06 crore compared with ₹15.48 crore in the year-ago period.
Revenue from operations rose 30.73% to ₹274.22 crore in Q2 FY2027 from ₹209.76 crore a year earlier, the company said in a regulatory filing. The company attributed the performance to improved product mix, operational efficiencies and sustained demand across key packaging segments, with sales volume increasing 10.08% year-on-year to 11,028.46 MT. For the first half of FY2027, the company’s net profit rose 23.18% to ₹46.67 crore, while revenue increased 27.62% to ₹574.67 crore. Sales volume went up 8.04% to 23,116.98 MT during the first six months of FY27.
“However, as always in line with the pre-agreed pricing arrangements with customers, the company successfully passed on the increase in raw material costs, thereby protecting its operating margins,” Rao said. He added that despite seasonally low demand in the second quarter, the company was able to manage input-cost volatility, improve operational efficiencies and benefit from expanding demand for its product range.
