At least 6 individuals from both sides sustained injuries in the violence. Police said raids to arrest these troublemakers are being conducted, and 4 were arrested so far. The clash began after an e-rickshaw carrying schoolchildren allegedly overturned when a tractor driver suddenly blocked its path while passing through Chhonka village. a heated argument broke out between the e-rickshaw driver Vipin Kumar, a resident of Tatarpur, and the tractor driver Krishan Kumar Although the children escaped unhurt. Within minutes, the dispute escalated as people from both villages gathered at the site after they called their families. What started as a verbal altercation soon turned into a large-scale fight, with both sides attacking each other using sticks and metal chains commonly used for tying cattle. Police rushed to the scene after receiving information and shifted the injured to the District Hospital for treatment and medical examination. A video of the incident surfaced on social media and circulated widely. No police complaint was filed by anyone so far. An investigation is being conducted; action will be taken accordingly.
