Efforts were being made to identify the deceased, police said. Rani Ki Sarai station in-charge Rajiv Kumar Singh said the incident appeared to be a case of suicide, but the exact circumstances would become clear only after investigation. The children were believed to be around four to five years old. A crowd gathered at the station soon after the incident and raised an alarm.
