UPSIFS founding director G K Goswami said the selection is a significant international recognition for Uttar Pradesh’s growing expertise in forensic science, cyber security and emerging technologies. Goswami, a former Fulbright Flex Award Fellow, said Dubey’s expertise in linking mathematics with AI and data science could encourage deeper collaboration among researchers, educators and students in both countries. Lucknow: A professor from Uttar Pradesh has been selected for the prestigious Fulbright Scholar-in-Residence Programme, where he will teach American Gen Z students subjects ranging from mathematics and data analytics to artificial intelligence and cyber security. He added that it would strengthen academic and research ties between India and the US in areas such as mathematics, artificial intelligence, data analytics, cryptography and cyber security.
