The victim, identified as Neetu Tiwari, was returning from her parental home in Bhiyapur when she was allegedly intercepted by the three accused, according to police. Kanpur: A woman was allegedly shot at by three men, including her brother-in-law, over a long-standing dispute near Bhiyapur turn in Auraiya’s Dibiyapur police station area on Monday evening.
