One resident suffered minor injuries, while others escaped unharmed, according to police. SDM Avichal Pratap Singh said he had instructed the tehsildar and all lekhpals to prepare lists of rain-damaged houses in their respective areas and submit reports for compensation. Action would be taken as per rules based on the reports, he said.
