Warsi said he would lodge a complaint with the govt and seek action in the matter. Gupta said the incident was being investigated and that the security guard had been removed from duty pending the inquiry. He alleged that security guard Dinesh Kumar and his wife misbehaved with him and used abusive language. He also demanded action against the guard. Warsi expressed displeasure over the hospital’s arrangements, alleging that doctors did not arrive on time and that patients had to wait in long queues for registration and treatment. Medical college principal Dr Ambrish Kumar Gupta, ACMO S.L. Verma and other officials reached the spot. Akbarpur police later reached the hospital and pacified both sides. Download the TOI App.
