The Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports is set to host the Viksit Bharat Young Leaders Dialogue (VBYLD) 2027 in Varanasi. This initiative, part of the Mera Yuva Bharat (MY Bharat) program, aims to engage young people in the nation-building process. It will provide a national platform for youth to present their talents, leadership skills, innovative ideas, and solutions to contemporary challenges.
Addressing reporters on Thursday, Vikash Kumar Singh, Deputy Director, Mera Yuva Bharat, Varanasi, said VBYLD 2027 is an important national initiative aimed at enabling youth to actively contribute to the vision of Viksit Bharat @2047.
He said the platform will allow young people to present their ideas, innovations, creativity and solutions while playing an active role in nation-building.
VBYLD 2027 will offer opportunities to youth in six major areas based on their interests and talents. These include the Viksit Bharat Challenge, Cultural Track, Design for Bharat, Hack for Social Cause, Youth Entrepreneurs Challenge and Youth Parliament. Through these tracks, young participants will be able to showcase their abilities and ideas in culture, innovation, technology, social solutions, entrepreneurship, democracy and policy dialogue.
