Just in the last few months, the 41 year old NBA legend LeBron James partnered with established brands, including Nike, Mercedes and even the PGA Tour to bring more funds and visibility to Akron. To this, the former Los Angeles Lakers’ icon said, “Because I know exactly what you kids go through.
The teenager said, “Your foundation has helped me a lot with my grades. This is my way of saying “thank you” to you guys, because I know exactly what you guys are going through. LeBron James , the NBA legend, might be a billionaire but he has always tried to give back to his hometown in Ohio.
