In an interview with The Arizona Republic, CharityWatch CEO and Executive Director, Laurie Styron, weighed in on Travis Kelce’s charity’s controversy as she said, “It appears to function more as an extension of the management company versus as an independent public charity…” Though Travis Kelce’s foundation, 87 & Running’s name has found itself attached to controversial issues, the star player has continued to work towards the communities in Kansas City. it has landed the star player in some trouble While Travis Kelce’s charity has consistently worked towards the communities of Kansas City. the team has recorded two consecutive losses in the last two matches While Travis Kelce has been a reliable player on the field for the Kansas City Chiefs.
