The Lava Virat V1 5G comes with a starting price of Rs 11,999, while the price of Lava Virat V1 starts at Rs 8,999 as part of the launch-day offer. The smartphones will go on sale through Flipkart and Lava’s website from July 31 at 12 PM. In a press release, the company said the smartphones have been launched in partnership with Flipkart and are aimed at young buyers and value-conscious users.
Home-grown smartphone brand Lava has expanded its smartphone range in India with the launch of Lava Virat V1 5G and Lava Virat V1. Both handsets offer a stock Android experience, IP64-rated dust and water resistance, and support for virtual RAM.
Lava Virat V1 5G features a 6.75-inch HD+ display with a 120Hz refresh rate. The device is backed by a 6,000mAh battery. The Virat V1 5G has an IP64 rating for dust and water resistance and runs Android 16 out of the box with a stock Android experience free from ads and bloatware. It is powered by the UNISOC T8200 processor. The smartphone comes with 4GB RAM and supports up to 4GB virtual RAM. It includes 64GB internal storage, which can be expanded up to 1TB using a microSD card. For photography, it features a 13MP AI dual rear camera and a 5MP front camera. The smartphone offers 4GB RAM with support for 4GB virtual RAM and 64GB internal storage, expandable up to 256GB.
