Reform UK leader Nigel Farage has said he wants to “hijack” US President Donald Trump’s immigration adviser Tom Homan and bring him to Britain to help “secure our borders”. Speaking at an event in the US where Homan was a guest, Farage said: “I’ve got terrible news for you. Farage also urged Europe to take a “more sensible view” of the Trump administration rather than portraying it as “villainous” through traditional mainstream media, according to The Guardian.

Reform UK has backed a strict immigration policy, including mass deportations of people who entered the UK illegally and using the Royal Navy to intercept migrant boats crossing the English Channel.
Farage has earlier appeared to distance himself from Trump, saying in April that the two had not spoken for several months and questioning the US president’s judgment over the Iran war.
However, during his latest US trip, Farage defended Trump’s administration and said European countries should have a more balanced view of the US president.
