Hyderabad : Chief minister A Revanth Reddy on Tuesday directed officials to formulate a land-pooling policy for areas affected by the Musi rejuvenation project, with a focus on lands falling under Full Tank Level (FTL) limits, buffer zones and assigned land categories.
Officials informed the CM that Phase-I of the Musi project is estimated to cost ₹7,345 crore and cover a 21-km stretch of the river. It comprises two stretches converging at the proposed Gandhi Sarovar near Bapu Ghat, with Stretch-A extending 9.2 km from Himayatsagar and Stretch-B covering 11.8 km from Osmansagar (Gandipet).
