Fortnite Chapter 7 Season 3 continues with Epic Games releasing another set of collectible companions, the Gem Sprites. They will be arriving in the game on August 6, 2026, and bringing nine new variants to Fortnite as part of the New Sprite Day event. Gem Sprites will become available on August 6, 2026, at 9:00 AM ET during the weekly New Sprite Day event. The Gem Llama Sprite was introduced earlier with the v41.30 update, while the remaining eight Gem Sprites will become available when the New Sprite Day event begins on August 6. Every Gem Sprite grants you with 30% reduced fall damage during matches. After New Sprite Day on August 6, you will be able to find Gem Sprites in Sprite Chests all over the Fortnite Chapter 7 Season 3 island. If you want to unlock every Gem Sprite, it is worth jumping in on the Gem Power Hours on August 8, taking advantage of the boosted spawn rates, and focusing on Sprite Chests while the event is active.
