After attending the first class, he stepped out around 9.30 am to an adjacent classroom in Sir M Visvesvaraya Block for combined studies, leaving his bag inside classroom no 329. Similarly, a Dell Inspiron 3530 laptop worth Rs 52,000 and Rs 2,000 belonging to another student studying first-year BSc were stolen from classroom no 309 in the same block. She left her laptop and cash in her bag around 8.30 am, and she also went to an adjacent classroom for combined studies.
