Bengaluru: Two Bescom workers sustained electric shocks while attending an 11 kV jump cut near Sahasra Hospital on Varthur Main Road between 10.30am and 11am, allegedly due to back-feeding from a diesel generator. They had climbed the structure using a wooden ladder while responding to a complaint. The duo were initially taken to Sahasra Hospital and later shifted to a private hospital on Old Airport Road. Both are stable.
