Amravati : A 19-year-old youth, Vishal Manohar, was stabbed to death in Kapil Vastu Nagar under Gadge Nagar police station area on Saturday night around 9:30pm.
Police said the accused, 18-year-old Vansh Vijay Rohankar, also a resident of the same locality, attacked Vishal with a knife following a dispute that took place 15 days ago. The accused is absconding, and the teams of Gadge Nagar police and crime branch unit-1 and 2 are searching for him. This is the second murder in a week after the brutal killing of a 17-year-old college girl in Ravinagar on Thursday. The murder is the 34th in last 8 months.

DCP Yashwant Solke confirmed the death. Critically injured Vishal was rushed to the ICU of District Government Hospital (Irwin) but succumbed to excessive bleeding.
