Technology leaders, policymakers, scientists, and industry representatives from India, the US, UK, and Germany will gather in Lucknow for the International Dialogue 2026. This three-day global technology summit will take place from October 23 to 25 at the Uttar Pradesh State Institute of Forensic Science (UPSIFS). The event aims to foster collaboration and innovation among professionals in the tech sector.
Key Highlights from the Upcoming Summit on Technology and Law
On October 24, the main summit will take place, featuring a series of policy-industry roundtables, technology showcases, investment dialogues, and knowledge exchange sessions. The focus will shift on the final day to emerging technologies, research advancements, and future skill development.
UPSIFS will introduce its innovative “Law with Labs” model, which integrates legal education with scientific evidence and cutting-edge technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), robotics, drones, cyber forensics, and forensic DNA analysis.

Around 1,200 participants are expected to attend the event, which will focus on emerging technologies and their applications in industry, security and the justice system. Key areas of discussion will include quantum computing, quantum communication, artificial intelligence, robotics, drones, 3-D printing, cyber forensics, forensic DNA and digital evidence. The first day, Oct 23, will focus on Talent and Industry Engagement, with masterclasses, technology demonstrations, startup interactions and industry-academia discussions.
UPSIFS founder director GK Goswamy said the summit aims to bring govt, industry and academia onto a common platform, while creating opportunities for youth through internships, placements, research, entrepreneurship and industry-linked training.
