The emails, received at 9.39 am by Air Force Bal Bharati School, Kendriya Vidyalaya Gole Market and Mount St.
Mary’s School, Delhi Cantt, contained the subject line “B”00mmmb @ Delhi Schools @ 11:11AM. Following the threats, Delhi Police deployed bomb disposal squads and sniffer dog units to conduct thorough searches of the school premises. Multiple fire tenders and ambulances were kept on standby as a precautionary measure. Sniffer dogs searched classrooms, corridors and open areas, while personnel from the bomb detection and disposal squads scanned the area. Local police personnel were also deployed to maintain security around the schools. Last week also, some schools, including Air Force Bal Bharati School, had received bomb threats.
