New Delhi Municipal Council (NDMC) has launched a first-of-its-kind online pet services platform for its Moti Bagh veterinary hospital, allowing owners to access care without waiting in OPD queues or making multiple visits. The platform will enable pet owners to register pets and book appointments for OPD consultations, vaccinations and surgeries. It will also send automated vaccination reminders to registered mobile numbers and allow owners to check doctor availability and service status online.
