The GPCC on Monday issued a statement, saying that Banaskantha DCC office-bearers’ list has been cancelled at the direction of state Congress president Amit Chavda.

The campaign involved choosing district presidents through a consultative process where observers visited districts, spoke to a large number of workers and provided the state and national organization with probable names of DCC presidents.
