Kolkata: Two men died after consuming an unidentified liquid during a drinking bout in South 24 Parganas’ Joynagar on Thursday evening.
Cops said there was no evidence so far to establish that the deaths were linked to spurious or illicit liquor.
A preliminary probe revealed that the trio had earlier consumed liquor purchased from a licensed FL shop near Baharu.
