The move follows the death of a 16-year-old Class XI student at a swimming club at Rabindra Sarobar on Friday. The teen, who had been undergoing swimming training for several years, reportedly collapsed while practising underwater breath-holding and did not resurface. Fellow swimmers pulled him out and rushed him to a private hospital, where he was declared dead.
