September 25 declared as Dolly Parton Appreciation Day
Manhattan Borough President Brad Hoylman-Sigal has officially proclaimed Friday, September 25, 2026, or 9/25, a reference to Parton’s signature 1980 hit track Dolly ‘9 to 5’, as Dolly Parton Appreciation Day in Manhattan.
