CISF Constable Driver recruitment 2025: 1124 vacancies available, apply online now
Requirements for Candidates in Heavy Vehicle Licensing
Candidates must have completed their Matriculation (10th grade) from a recognized board to qualify for heavy vehicle licensing. Additionally, they are required to possess a valid driving license for Heavy Motor Vehicles, Light Motor Vehicles, and Motorcycles with gears.
Candidates can select their preference between the two positions—Constable/Driver and Constable/DCPO—while filling out their application forms. However, only one application per candidate will be accepted. The selection process will consist of multiple stages, including a Physical Efficiency Test (PET), Physical Standard Test (PST), trade test, written examination, and medical examination. Candidates will first undergo PET/PST and documentation, followed by the trade test, which assesses practical skills related to vehicle operation and maintenance. Candidates will be shortlisted based on their performance in the written exam, with separate cutoffs for various categories. The admit cards for each stage of the recruitment process can be downloaded from the CISF recruitment website.
