Pune: The Association of Service Providers, Maharashtra, in a representation submitted to Pune DIG of Registration on Wednesday, alleged that around 6,500 online leave and licence agreements were pending registration at sub-registrar offices in Pune and Pimpri Chinchwad, with some documents awaiting registration for 15 to 20 days.
