Police said that Ameen Sha (19) and Joyal S Anto (19), both from Alappuzha, were arrested on Monday. Suhail (19), son of Sajeev Jamal, also hailing from Alappuzha, was behind the wheel of the luxury hatchback car which mowed down the scooter at an extreme speed early on Sunday. Another passenger, Ninav (19), son of Renjith Kumar, was arrested on Sunday along with Suhail. Excise officers said that as per their information, the youngsters visited the three bars between 9.30pm and 1.30am on Saturday night.
